Who is responsible?
AliceSolutions, through Ehud (Udi) Shkolnik, is responsible for the information collected on this website and the purposes for which it is used. Use the contact below for privacy questions, access or corrections. This notice covers both language editions of the same website at alicesolutions.co.il and alicesolutionsgroup.com.

The form asks for your name, email and enquiry. Meeting requests can include a preferred time; your browser’s timezone helps us arrange a call. Providing information is voluntary, with no legal obligation to do so. Without the required details we cannot accept the form or reply by email, but you can still browse or contact us another way. We use the details to respond, arrange a conversation and consider working together. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment or subscribe you to a mailing list. Please leave out medical information, passwords and confidential material.
Why we may use information
You voluntarily provide enquiry details so we can handle your request. Where GDPR applies, handling a service enquiry relies on steps you request before entering a contract; website security relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the service, balanced against your rights. Optional analytics relies only on your consent. Where a legal obligation requires retention, we keep what that obligation requires.
Who receives information?
Your enquiry reaches Udi’s business inbox through Microsoft 365. Our infrastructure and Cloudflare process technical information to deliver and protect the website and form. Google receives measurement information only if you allow analytics. We do not sell form details or use them for advertising tracking. If you request another service, we explain its information needs separately.
Your cookie choice
Browsing and the enquiry form work without analytics. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you select Allow analytics. We measure page visits, contact-channel clicks and successfully sent enquiries. Our events exclude form contents, your contact details, search text, URL parameters and referring page addresses. Google also processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device details and cookie identifiers; this is not a promise of complete anonymity. Automatic form measurement and advertising tracking are off.
What stays in your browser?
Your choice is stored locally under alice_analytics_consent_v1 for 180 days, separately on each domain. After permission, Google may set _ga and _ga_… cookies to distinguish visits; their default duration is up to two years and can renew on a later visit. Open Privacy preferences at the bottom of any page and select No analytics to withdraw. Withdrawal removes analytics cookies the website can delete and reloads the page to stop measurement. It does not erase information already sent; contact us for that request. Website protection mechanisms may use storage necessary for their operation.
Storage, security and international processing
The website is hosted on our infrastructure in Israel and delivered through Cloudflare. Microsoft, Cloudflare and Google may process information in other countries under their service arrangements and applicable law. We limit information and access to the service’s purpose. This notice does not replace those providers’ privacy terms.
How long information is kept
Correspondence is kept while handling your enquiry and resulting work, and where needed for legal obligations, business records or disputes. Retention depends on the information’s purpose and applicable requirements; the form has no automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Message content is not written to the website application logs. Temporary request counters limit abuse.
Access, correction and other rights
Israel’s Privacy Protection Law provides rights to access personal information and request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date, subject to sections 13 and 14 and their conditions. You can also ask for deletion or for use to stop. Where applicable law gives further rights, such as restriction, objection or portability, we handle requests accordingly. We may ask for limited information to verify that a request is yours. We explain when a legal obligation requires us to keep specific information. You may also contact Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority or your relevant local authority.
Links and local tools
Email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn links open the chosen service; you decide whether to send a message. That service handles the communication under its own terms. Article search and filters run in your browser; search text appears in the address to make a view shareable, so avoid sensitive search text. Copy buttons write to your clipboard only when selected and never read it. Fonts and images are served with the website.
